Sun Acquisitions has been engaged to sell a multi-location day care operation.   This is a turnkey operation and the owner is largely absentee.  The day care centers have been in operation for over 15 years within the suburbs of Chicago.

One of the day care centers is licensed for 155+ children and the other is licensed for 60+. Each center has a strong management team in place with excellent educational and developmental programs for a child’s growth.  All classrooms are fully equipped and the centers are designed with multiple interactive indoor play areas and spacious outdoor play spaces. Both day care centers have attained the Silver Circle of Quality by ExceleRate Illinois.

There are many growth opportunities for a new owner to accomplish including attain Gold Circle of Quality and increasing enrollment at the center that has not reached capacity. The business is pre-approved for a bank loan.
