Kevin Collins

Kevin has over 15 years of entrepreneurial and high-level executive experience. Kevin most recently operated a merger and acquisitions firm in the Chicagoland area.  Prior to this, he worked in multiple industries including food distribution, logistics, manufacturing, and ecommerce.

Kevin’s career began at Elkay Manufacturing where he worked on a profitability analytics model that became a case study for the Harvard MBA curriculum. In addition to that recognition, Kevin also modeled out projected profitability of potential strategic acquisitions. He then moved into the foodservice distribution industry where he held roles such as CFO for Sysco Chicago and Chief Operating Officer for Restaurant Depot. During his time at Sysco, he worked on the integration team for the Sysco-US Foods merger which was the largest ever attempted merger in the industry.

In addition to these roles, Kevin has also started several companies so he knows the processes that business owners must go through. He is recognized by his peers for his leadership and ability to get difficult tasks done under pressure.
