Sun Acquisitions is excited to announce they have successfully brokered a deal with the selling of Triad Boiler Systems. Triad Boiler Systems manufactures commercial and light industrial, compact modular hot water and steam heating equipment, i.e. boilers. TRIAD’s boiler systems are commonly used for:
- Ambient space heating
- Domestic hot water production
- Light industrial and sanitation applications
Sun Acquisitions managed all aspects of the acquisition process including the research, target search, financial analysis, advising on deal structures, and introducing the ancillary advisors at the appropriate time to complete the legal and accounting aspects of the deal.
There are a number of growth opportunities present for TRIAD. TRIAD’s selection and pricing tool found on its website presents an opportunity to develop a direct sale or ecommerce strategy.
