Hello – For over 35 years, I have served as an accomplished CEO/medical director of a dual pediatric and orthodontic specialty dental practice with significant leadership experience in complex, multi-site practice management strategies, from human resources management to compliance to real estate development.

Applying sound business and management practices allowed myself to consistently improve practice management strategies, streamline processes, enhance marketing, and generate additional revenues for the principals of my business. All leading to increased profit and value of the practice.

I received my Bachelor’s degree from Penn State and my Doctorate of Dental Surgery and Master’s degrees from Northwestern University. I am one of a few dentists that is dual boarded in both Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics and a Diplomate of both American Boards. Utilizing my excellent communication skills, I have also successfully taught and mentored the next generation of dental practitioners in a clinical faculty role at two major universities.

My education and experience uniquely position myself to oversee the dental and healthcare business as part of the suite of services Sun Acquisitions offer.
