Managing Partner of Sun Acquisitions

Domenic Rinaldi is the Owner and Managing Partner of Sun Acquisitions—a Chicago-based mergers and acquisitions firm. He is also a speaker, author, and host of the M&A Unplugged Podcast. Domenic specializes in helping the owners of privately-held companies (with enterprise values between $2 and $30 million dollars) scale, acquire, and sell businesses. He has been personally involved in over 300 business transactions across a broad range of industries and is considered an expert in his field.

Since 2010, Thomas has served as the Managing Director and Head of Business Banking at The Private Bank. His current responsibilities include overseeing our Business Banking division that specializes in a differentiated approach to relationship management of small and emerging businesses with annual revenues up to $50 million.
