The buyer, Ohio based Moore Manufacturing, LLC also owns ATMOS 360 Manufacturing, a manufacturer of industrial air filtration equipment.
Miami Machine was founded in 1972 and purchased by Irvin and Shawna Vanderpohl in 2013. Since that time, Miami Machine has more than doubled its revenue and employee base and expanded its manufacturing footprint. The company currently serves industrial customers in North and South America ranging from mid-size companies to The Fortune 1000.
