The Company is the leading Chicagoland source for certain niche industrial supplies primarily to industrial and electrical contractors that support a variety of industrial enterprises. The Company has been in business for over 20 years and has capabilities to store and deliver large parcel items. Beyond Chicagoland, the company supplies the Midwest region and at times locations throughout the country. Competition in the Chicagoland is very limited and the potential exists to find other underserved markets for expansion.

The Company’s current ownership /Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) is looking to retire. Approximately 30% of revenue is tied to the WBE designation. The business is partly run remotely by current ownership and could conceivably become fully remote for new ownership.
