Imperial Lubes & Supply engaged Sun Acquisitions in a buy-side search to find a Chicago based lubrication manufacturing business to expand its product offerings. Imperial Lubes & Supply is a Chicago firm focused on distributing lubricants, coolants, functional fluids and other ancillary products and been in operation since 2012.

PLC packages and distributes anti-freeze chemicals for the automotive, industrial, laundry, and swimming pool industries. They have a robust customer base of aftermarket distributors of coolants, lubricants, and non-hazardous solvents. There are strong potential growth factors for a company within this industry such as getting into the fracking industry.
