Sun Acquisitions announced today that it has been engaged to sell a hospitality products importer-manufacturer. The Business was acquired by the Seller 25 years ago but has been in operation for over 75 years.  The Business has locations in the Chicagoland area and in Indiana.

The Business sells hospitality products to distributors nationally. Most products are imported. However, the Business does have light manufacturing capabilities for metal bending, and wood shaping and staining. Clients of the business have had long-standing relationships with the Business.

There is significant potential for a new owner to improve the Business by expanding the product line to include additional hospitality products and diversifying the Company’s manufacturing capabilities. Further, a new owner can improve the Company’s online presence.
