Sun Acquisitions is pleased to announce the sale of West Michigan Tool & Die, a tool manufacturer, to a  family office investor group.  The business has been in operation for over 40 years in Benton Harbor Michigan.

The company provides a wide range of services for its customers including: mold making, prototype tooling, low volume production tooling, and management and quality assurance services.  Their customer base crosses over many industries inclusive of; automotive, furniture, agriculture and lighting. They are located on 10 acres of commercial and industrial real estate in between Detroit and Chicago.  With an infusion of capital expected the company is poised for growth with both new equipment purchases and a physical expansion.
