Sun Acquisitions is pleased to announce the successful sale of Korellis Systems Control to Morrison Construction Company.

Since 1985, Korellis Systems Control has been providing union mechanical contracting services including HVAC to various school districts, churches, and commercial buildings in and around Chicagloand.  Korellis Systems is based in Hammond, IN.

Since 1925, Morrison Construction Company has been one of the leading constructors of mechanical, civil, structural, and piping projects in the Midwest.  Morrison Construction is also based in Hammond, IN.

Through the confidential marketing of the business, Sun Acquisitions generated over 100 interested buyers, which led to multiple showings for Korellis Systems. Additionally, Sun Acquisitions continued serving Korellis Systems with advisory services throughout the diligence period.
