The Business sells, installs and services commercial and residential generators and provides electrical contracting services to home owners. Generator sales and installation are the main specialty of the Business. The Business has significant recurring revenue as there are over 1,300 generators that the Business maintains annually.

Recently, the Business has ventured into the electric vehicle market and has begun installing charging stations. The necessary steps have been taken to be a preferred provider by certain electric vehicle manufacturers and to be specially licensed by the state. A new owner will be able to grow the Business through additional focus in generator sales and installation and by further expansion into the electric vehicle market.
