Sun Acquisitions (www.sunacquisitions.com) announced today they have been engaged to sell a software publisher out of Chicago. The company develops custom programming and maintains proprietary software-as-a-service (“SaaS”) applications for Fortune 500 firms and other notable enterprises.

Jordan Whitehurst will be the lead Advisor who will manage the engagement to ensure a successful transaction is completed.
