The Business distributes an extensive variety of foam packaging and custom foam products that are used in a range of industries that require precision parts such as aerospace, automotive and certain military branches. The Business has carved out a niche and has accumulated a diverse customer base. The Company has long-standing relationships with nationwide vendors that can provide high precision products and drop ship directly to customers.

The Business has been an approved GSA vendor for 14 years and a new owner would be able to take advantage of this status to drive growth. A buyer would take over a $1.8M GSA order that is in its initial stages of fulfillment and has 3-4 years to completion. There are approximately 510 active commercial and government accounts. Revenues have been increasing from year to year.  The Business is an exceptional opportunity, portable with solid year over year performance.
