Grosslnd Enterprises engaged Sun Acquisitions because they were looking to acquire a platform company and, in the process, move their base of operations to Chicago. Sun Acquisitions managed all aspects of the acquisition process including the research, target search, financial analysis, advising on deal structures, and introducing the ancillary advisors at the appropriate time to complete the legal and accounting aspects of the deal.

The search targeted Business Services, Product Manufacturing, and Distribution Firms. The client ultimately acquired Champion Screen Printing which is a well-established screen printing and fulfillment company that had a national and diversified client base, operational expertise and efficiencies, and tremendous growth prospects.
