Chicago, March 24, 2015 – Chicagoland Sunbelt was engaged by a Chicago based Property Management firm to represent them in the confidential sale of their business. The owner had built a well-established and profitable firm that provides management, accounting and maintenance services to the condominium, townhome and single-family homeowner associations. The company has a very experienced staff that prides itself on providing outstanding client services and has been recognized as one of the best community association management firms in the Chicago suburbs. The company has a solid infrastructure and consistent year over year revenue performance, and is positioned to capture new business through expansion.

In addition, the seller will remain with the acquiring entity under a two year employment agreement.
