The company has been designing and implementing business phone and security solutions nationwide since the 1980s. They are a full-service provider of voice and data solutions that offers high quality products and services to its client base. As telephone systems have migrated to VOIP, the company offers low voltage wiring and security and access systems.They are equipped with a full-time sales team to capture new projects and well-trained technicians to design and install the systems.

Opportunity for growth exists in the potential to add additional sales people to increase the size of their client base. In addition, there is an opportunity to expand the company’s services to offer IT services, as the current employees have the necessary skill sets. Sun Acquisitions generated over 80 inquires on the business, which led to 50 qualified buyers and multiple offers. The business was acquired by an individual investor.
